After 40 years as a successful commercial banker, Merle Klocke was looking for a better way to assist his commercial real estate clients. Working for just one lender/bank limited the number of loan products he could offer to his clients. Mr.Klocke started his own firm in 2016, which gives him the freedom to work with multiple lenders such as commercial banks, credit unions, insurance companies etc. to obtain the best loan interest rates and terms to meet his clients needs all the while saving his clients time and money!
